Minor Or Full Variation Applications
If you want to make changes to your existing Premisses Licence, you will need to apply for either a Minor or Major Variation depending on what changes you propose.
- Change of Layout / Plans.
- Increase or decrease hours of Licensable Activities ( Sale of Alcohol, LNR, Regulated Entertainment)
- Revisions, removals and additions of conditions (this could include the removal or amendment of out of date, irrelevant or unenforceable conditions, or the addition of volunteered conditions).
